We understand you might have questions about receiving your unique streetwear and what to do if something isn't quite right. Below, we've answered the most common questions to ensure clarity and confidence in your Black Hand Boutique purchase.

How long does it usually take to receive an order?

Shoes & designer clothing are delivered within 7–10 business days via FedEx. Custom T-shirts are printed and delivered within 3–4 business days. Order tracking details are automatically sent out once generated, typically within 24–48 hours of your order being processed.

Do customers pay for shipping, and if so, what are the rules?

For shoes & designer clothing: orders $150 and under incur a flat rate shipping fee of $12. Orders over $150 up to $300 have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 per order. Orders over $300 enjoy free shipping. For custom t-shirts, the standard shipping fee ranges between $2 to $5 per item. Keep an eye out for special store-wide free shipping promotions offered throughout the year.

What is the policy if a customer wants to return or exchange an item?
All items (shoes, designer clothes, and custom tees) must be unworn and undamaged to qualify for a return, exchange, or store credit. The return or exchange process must be started within 2 days of receiving your item. For shoes & designer clothing, no refunds are available, but store credits and exchanges are fully available for eligible unworn items. For custom t-shirts, refunds, store credits, and exchanges are available for items returned unworn and not damaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The physical items or updated tracking information must be received no later than 7 business days after the claim has been started, or the claim will be denied.

Do you ship your unique streetwear outside of the United States?
No, Black Hand Boutique currently only ships within the United States.
